For players who want to do the extra work needed to take their game to the next level. Training focused on one topic for each 1 hour segment. Sessions are at our Climate Controlled Indoor Facility so it is always warm and dry. Hitting focus weeks 1, 2, 3 then Pitcher & Catcher focus weeks 4, 5, 6 then Infield play weeks 7, 8. Training is on Saturdays. 8 week program, 1 hour per session. Saturday Dates:12/7/24, 12/14/24, 12/21/24, 1/4/25, 1/11/25, 1/18/25, 1/25/25, 2/1/25. .
